In my case, I told the representative what I’d be wearing for the occasion, and the assistance I got was pretty helpful to picking out the perfect piece.
The prices of items featured on the Beverly Diamonds site are the stuff of dreams. I distinctly remember the feeling I had after finding a wonderful bracelet for my wife, and how the squatty price turned the dials up on that. With the deal, they were offering there was no way on Earth I wouldn’t have bought it. The Daily Deal section on the site features many such items at awesomely discounted prices.
Overnight shipping is another of their services that I’m really happy with. I wasn’t particular about getting my second purchase – a ring – delivered as soon as possible, which is why I wouldn’t have admitted at the time that this could make a difference. The customer service has to be the jewel on their crown. Aside from the pre-purchase help they provided, they also called up and asked if I had any grievances, which I’d like to report. I didn’t, and it was even better to have them check up on a customer’s satisfaction.
